It has fabulous, luxury quality faux fur Leopard collars and cuffs and is made from a Luxe drapey, stretch crepe. The full circle skirt section has lashings of fabric and looks great when worn with one of our fluffy black petticoats as pictured but is totally amazing without a petticoat too.
